If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at cs@nysekai.com within 48 hours of placing it.

After 48 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

We do our best to ensure all products are in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us at cs@nysekai.com with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

However, due to postal restrictions, extended delivery times, and a higher risk of unsuccessful delivery, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) and certain small or restricted countries.

If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.

All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, each item is produced specifically for that order.

Orders are manufactured and shipped from the United States and Vietnam. Depending on the product type and destination, items may be fulfilled by one of our trusted production partners.

All production partners follow strict quality control standards to ensure consistent quality.

Because items are produced on demand, processing and delivery times may be longer than mass-produced products. Estimated timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We do not process orders on weekends or on postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing times vary by product type. Estimated production times are as follows:

  • Shirts: 2–3 business days
  • Jerseys: 3–5 business days
  • Shoes: up to 10 business days

Currently, we do not offer fast shipping.

Because our products are made on demand and shipped internationally, delivery times may vary. This approach helps us set clear and realistic delivery expectations.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their local delivery policies.

In some cases, your package may be held at your local post office for pickup.

Please check your tracking information for updates and contact your local postal service for further assistance if needed. Once a package is marked as delivered or held by the carrier, responsibility for retrieval rests with the recipient in accordance with the carrier’s delivery policies.

Some shipping companies or local customs authorities may charge additional fees such as import taxes, handling fees, or remote area surcharges.

These fees are not charged by us and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority in order to receive your package.

While we typically declare packages as low-value gifts to help reduce the likelihood of additional charges, customs regulations vary by country and are outside of our control.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We also support accelerated checkout options provided by Shopify, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, when available on your device.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

During checkout, the total may be automatically converted into your local currency based on current exchange rates. The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

At this time, we do not offer installment payment options such as 3- or 4-part payments.

Available payment methods depend on the options currently supported through Shopify Payments at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days from delivery so we can review the issue and assist you. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Once your return request is approved and the item is received or verified, processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Sizing varies by product and style. Detailed size charts are provided on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
